The Rajasthan Royals have come to an agreement to host four of their IPL 2026 home matches in Jaipur and three in Guwahati. This decision comes after resolving safety and liability concerns with the state government, following discussions between Royals chairperson Ranjit Barthakur and Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma. Disputes had initially emerged over stadium safety issues highlighted in an audit report, leading to concerns. However, with the government undertaking repair and upgrade work at the Sawai Man Singh Stadium, the Royals are now set to showcase their talent in both Jaipur and Guwahati in the upcoming IPL season.
